I created Organic punk in 2013 out of a need to make jewelry for myself as i couldn't find cool crystal based options. I Immediately had people asking where they could get this jewelry i was wearing, so i was like hell i guess i'm turning this into a business! Before long I was vending events and selling out. In 2012 Instagram was becoming a thing so it quickly became my focus. My client base grew like crazy and i had a 2 year custom piece wait list! But i am a creature of adventure and self-growth...Since the inception of Organic punk i'd been gradually educating myself on crystals and minerals. I began to become very excited by the high end specimen world. So in 2017 I created what was supposed to be a side business...I created Organic punk rocks. And it blew the fuck up. (You can read more about that journey on the Organic punk rocks area of my website) For the following 6 years i let jewelry slide away and focused my energy towards Organic punk rocks. Fast forward to 2023...I moved to Mexico! This move helped position me to focus on creating jewelry again.
